I saw a box of McDonald’s famous fries left on the dining table. My nephew started asking his mother ” Can I have a bite?” it just gave me an idea. So i ran to my kitchen to open my fridge and look for my fresh potatoes. I julienned them into a beautiful string. dry them with kitchen towel twice then I add a little bit of salt, pad them dry. Sprinkle all-purpose-flour over the potatoes. and finally fried them with canola oil for 7 min
I ran back to the table removed all the original fries that came with the box with my fries. the children are happy. Or Faux Fries is gone in a jiff
