ปลาแซลมอนอบเนยมะนาว
I found that anything that combine with butter will definitely be scrumptious. Garlic and butter is my all-time favourite comfort sauce. My first encounter was when M. Jean Pierre the owner of Le Metropolitan, the best french restaurant in Bangkok 30 year ago, had introduced me to a simple menu like Baked Clams. They were Butter Garlic and parsley are quite addictive. It has become my favourite dish since then.
For Rima’s salmon, I just like to take her gourmet journey along the Mediterranean coast by adding capers and tanginess and aroma from lemon. I then picked sweet but savoury taste from the diced pumpkin saute to balance the whole flavours.
Butter Lemon Baked Salmon
- 150 g Salmon Fillet
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp unslated butter
- 3 slices lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices onion
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Pre heat the ove at 170 c
Mix garlic butter and lemon juice together then rub them all over the salmon fillet
lay slices of onion on the baking tray, place the fillet over them.
Place the lemon slices over the fillet, sprinkle capers, dills and olive oil over the fillet then bring it into the oven. Bake for 8 mins
