I just realized that besides getting excited by the fresh and high quality of delicious Japanese ingredients, the vitamins and minerals from fresh vegetables are deficits. I am so surprised that for a balanced meal, their pyramid is heavily depended on carb base. The fresh vegetables u can get is only from a small side of a salad dish. Most of the vegetable dish is cooked or boiled. Rima didn&#8217;t have enough vegs at all but she is happy with loads of carb though. Plus she doesn&#8217;t like to drink milk for two weeks now.<br>I then have to adjust her food to strengthen her calcium as well. This morning I decided to have mixed rice and oatmeal risotto accompanied by creme spinach and pan-fried butter salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0e08\u0e31\u0e14\u0e1c\u0e31\u0e01
