Our brain works continuously when it comes to cooking. I think the most difficult question to us all is simply about what to eat today. Admittedly I have run out of ideas once in a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today my inspiration came from my crave for a Whopper from Burger King. So I why not making a healthy nutritional version for my little Rima. All day we had enough carb, so let&#8217;s make it light dinner for her. Fit for both childere, and grand parents who doesn&#039;t need salt <\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<h4>Chicken Patty<\/h4><ul><li>150 g minced chicken  (Breast and Thigh)<\/li><li>2 P Quail Egg<\/li><li>1\/3 c Pear Puree<\/li><li>1 tbsp all purpose flour<\/li><li>1\/4 C Quinoa (cooked)<\/li><li>1 pinch fennel<\/li><li>1 pinch black pepper<\/li><\/ul><h4>Frying<\/h4><ul><li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>2 tbsp butter<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>Chicken Patty<\/h4><ol><li><p>Mix hickend patty ingredients  and rest in the refrigerator for no less than 10 mins<\/p><\/li><li><p>turn the mixture into small balls and prepare to fry<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>Frying<\/h4><ol><li><p>place the pan on medium to low heat, ingo oil and butter un til sizzling, cook the chicken patties until golden brown both sides. <\/p><\/li><li><p>rest on the rack for five mins before serving<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!--End WPRM Recipe-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I have chicken marinated with pear puree, therefore, sugar from the pear makes the burger burned faster. A word of advice from my ma is that the burger could be steamed first until thoroughly cooked then sear which is quite make sense.  However, it differs from what my instinct was telling where I should have baked instead of pan searing.&nbsp; I think both ways are possible where the texture outcome would be slightly different. Steamed burger then seared ones could be juicier than the baked one I guess. Let&#8217;s try next time.
